Individual Counseling Sessions

Individual therapy is the most traditional form of counseling and will be designed with your specific treatment goals in mind. Individual session times can vary from 30 minutes to 90 minutes and may incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches geared towards your individualized needs. Please note I do not provide ESA Letters.

I am currently only accepting clients interested in teletherapy in the states of Colorado and Virginia .

Teletherapy allows you to connect with me from home using a smartphone or computer with internet. It offers flexible scheduling and crisis support. You can sign documents online, ensuring therapy services are available to everyone in Colorado and Virginia .

Cancelation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please contact 24 hours in advance to avoid facing a cancellation fee. A $75 fee is charged for missed appointments and late cancellations.
